SHIPPING METHODS & COST

Domestic shipping(KOREA) is FREE over ₩50,000, otherwise it is ₩3,000.
International shipping is $20-$45 Flat Rate to select Destination Countries.

Customs Policy

Payment of any duty and import tax is the full responsibility of the international customer. You will be responsible for paying the taxes and duties upon delivery of the order. We do not cover the cost of customs, duties and taxes that are regulated and issue by your government. Unfortunately, these fees are beyond our control and it will not be calculated in checkout. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information regarding these costs
***If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund
***Orders that are not received by the recipient and therefore sent back will be deducted a shipping fee
***Once an order ships and is in transit, it is not possible to cancel the order

Lost Packages

***Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. It is the responsibility of the customer to track their package and monitor its status. If delivery was made without signature in your favor, we cannot guarantee for the lost or damaged.

RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-DAY from the delivery date, no-questions-asked return policy

If you’re not obsessed with your INJIACTIVE, you can return or exchange any new, unworn items within 14 days of receiving your delivery. After 14 days, you can exchange your item for a different size (subject to availability.) We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges after 30 days. Items may only be exchanged once; if your exchange arrives and you are still unhappy with it, you may return it for a refund or credit within 14 days of arrival.

If you request an item for exchange, your items are not guaranteed in stock and will only be reserved for you once your return items have been dropped off & scanned at your shipping carrier. We suggest dropping off your return ASAP to increase the likelihood that your requested exchange items are still in stock. If your requested items are no longer in stock, you will automatically receive store credit for your return.

Please note: If you ordered a INJIACTIVE and wish to return only one piece, you will be responsible for the full price of the piece you keep, and will be refunded the difference. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All sale items are non-refundable and are not eligible for exchange.

EXCHANGES & PRICE MATCHING

We do not offer exchanges or price-matching at this time. Please follow the return policy steps for the items you wish to exchange and visit us to submit a new order for your new items.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and on the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

GARMENT CARE

We use functional materials made with our technology, so if you pay attention to washing and management, you can wear it for a long time like a new clothes.
Please refer to the washing method because the product damage caused by careless laundry is not exchanged or refunded, also is not compensated or responsible for it.

Check out the individual care label for the deets, as they do vary between styles.
But here are the basics:
-Cold wash with same colours.
- Air or line dry in the shade, no-no to the tumble dryer (better for environment and saves power too)
- For hand wash only garments, wash separately in cold water with a mild detergent and rinse with clean cold water.
- If the garment is machine washable, wash inside out in a garment bag on a gentle cold machine wash using mild detergent with similar colours.
- Avoid rough surfaces and heat – particularly for garments with shiny and reflective prints or delicate trims.
- Take out removable padding and unfasten any buttons before washing.
